TRX - Functional Fitness Classes
What is TRX? A functional suspension training system that uses your own body weight as resistance.
At The Health Studio, we understand that movement is a fundamental requirement of Human health and performance.
We also recognise that many people find it tough to allocate quality time to exercise and are often unsure what to do, especially if they are returning from injury.
TRX Classes at The Health Studio are run by Dr Carmen, not only a Chiropractor of nearly 20 years experience, but an ultra endurance athlete and movement coach. She understands human movement and what it takes to not only recover from injury, but to perform at your best. Dr Carmen also has the ability and knowledge to adapt the class to suit each individual, whether you are a seasoned runner or triathlete looking for that edge, or a new mum looking to regain core strength.
Our 30min Classes are fun, dynamic and YES! Challenging.
Classes are limited to 6 people. There is a strong focus on developing postural and core strength.
